Gangsaw slabs run 280–330 × 160–220 cm (standard 280 × 180 cm and up); cutter slabs run 160–300 × 60–100 cm (standard 180 × 60 cm and up). Exact usable dimensions are confirmed from current bundle photos before you commit.

18 mm is the standard export thickness; 20 mm (2 cm) and 30 mm (3 cm) are stocked programs, and 40–100 mm is cut to order for treads, copings and monuments. U.S. countertop work is typically 3 cm.

Order quantities are reviewed by product format and destination. Samples, project quantities, wholesale bundles and full-container orders (20′ FCL ≈ 28,000 kg — about 450 m² at 2 cm or 300 m² at 3 cm) are all supported; full-container pricing is available for wholesale orders.

A 20′ container carries roughly 28,000 kg: about 450 m² (≈ 4,850 sq ft) at 2 cm thickness or 300 m² (≈ 3,230 sq ft) at 3 cm. Weight, not volume, is the limit — mixed formats can share one container.

Yes — current, square-on photos of the specific bundle on offer are standard practice, with slab numbers for written approval. For movement-heavy stones this review is strongly recommended before production.

Seven checks are coordinated per order: bundle weighing, gloss-meter polish measurement, color consistency against the approved sample, surface inspection for cracks and chips, dimensional checks, leveler flatness check and vernier thickness measurement — documented with photos before the container is sealed.

Tiles and cut-to-size ship in enclosed wooden crates; slab bundles ship on wooden pallets or steel A-frames with foam interleaving and edge protection. All lumber is fumigated and ISPM-15 stamped, and every crate is labeled to the packing list and photographed before loading.

Yes — cut-to-size to ± 1 mm, edge profiles (eased, bevel, bullnose, ogee, laminated, mitered), sink and cooktop cutouts to template, and faucet drilling to fixture specs. Production is coordinated through verified manufacturing partners and confirmed against your drawings before cutting.

Granite is natural: shade and pattern vary between bundles and even within one block. Consistent stones (Absolute Black, Steel Grey) hold very close; movement stones (Alaska White, Magma Gold) should be bought from current bundle photos. Approvals reference specific slab numbers so what ships is what you approved.

Daily: warm water and mild soap. Sealing: a penetrating sealer roughly annually (dense blacks need less — test by checking whether water still beads). Avoid vinegar, bleach and abrasive cleaners, which shorten sealer life.

Most granites, yes — they are colorfast under UV and frost-resistant when dense. Use flamed, brushed or shot-blasted finishes for wet-area slip resistance, 3 cm+ for pedestrian paving, and 5 cm+ for vehicular areas. Each product page states indoor/outdoor suitability.
